Sissy squat has a threaded clamp, to keep your feet secure on the base - effective and adjustable. 2. Hyperextension targets lower back and hamstrings. Note there are 2 angles for this movement. 3. Sit-up function allows for a good range of motion over the back edge of the bench. Simple to assemble with a single bolt, nut and washer. Wheels at the front means you can move it one handed.
