I use it sparingly because it is a bit high in carbs but the flavor never disappoints and I enjoy it as a treat on a piece of toast or sometimes, depending on the meat I am using, I will put it on a sandwich, particularly a breakfast sandwich. It is quite good in thumbprint cookies also and other desserts. I have been using it for years and see no reason not to go on using it.

St. Dalfour is my go to for fruit spread without added sugar and no artificial ingredients.
