A: Yes. There is a dial at the top of the pen where the needle cartridge goes. It adjusts from .25 mm to 2.5 or 3.0 mm depth

**Q: Do these replacement heads adjust to 3.0mm??**
A: yes. Depends if your model has the 3.0mm setting.
