It tastes like sugar and acts like sugar, but doesn't get metabolized in the body or spike blood sugar, making it 0 net carbs per serving of our syrup, keto friendly, and diabetic friendly. **Q: Candida friendly?**
A: I know someone already answered but wanted to chime in as well. I have candida issues and Seborrhoeic Dermatitis on my scalp (thought to be caused by another yeast, Malassezia). This syrup does not trigger my issues either.
