It's called Soft Stable Buttercream. Here s the recipe: INGREDIENTS 250 grams unsalted butter, softened 250 grams vegetable shortening 750 grams icing/ powdered sugar, sifted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl, on the medium speed of an electric mixer, cream the butter and shortening until smooth. Add the icing sugar, one cup at a time, until well combined. Gradually add extract until combined. The tutorial really helped a lot.
