Tolle Erklärung der Snt und Ck Formen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wing Chun Kung Fu: Traditional Chinese Kung Fu for self defense and health *by C***N on 20 February 2013* Ive been a student of wing chun for over a year now and one thing ive learned is that no matter how much you think youve improved, it is always good to go back to the basics to review, to strengthen and refine your forms, and make them the very best they can be. This is a very good book on the Siu Lim Tao form of Wing Chun. written by Michael Tse, student of Grandmaster Ip Chun. One thing to note when buying these books is that its very difficult to find a "definitive" volume of anything, so its often good to have an assortment or even an entire library devoted to your art.
