I have been taking these for a few years now. I typically follow a low carb diet, workout 5-7 days per week, and on my cheat days (heavy carb days) I take these pills to help me maintain and stay on track. This supplement is absolutely amaaazing! I have never been this pleased with a supplement before. You are looking at this product (same as I was) because you want to help yourself maybe its feel better, maybe its you want to lose a few pounds. well stop searching for a product that is the magic pill and just try this carb blocker. Over about a month you will notice a change in your weight, you will start feeling so much better like i have. I think I'm about 10 pounds down, i haven't been doing much more exercise than I normally do, and most importantly of all I haven't been changing my eating habits.My two cents the white kidney bean extract helps stop carbs from absorbing and becoming fat cells - so try it and see how much it can help you.

I wanted to try this product because of the good reviews other people left about helping them to lose weight. I only need to lose 3-4 pounds to achieve my goal weight. But I find it very difficult when I crave eating something sweet every day. I notice that after taking this product, I am less hungry. I haven't lose any weight, just keeping it. I am 59 years old, 4.11" and all my life I had weighted 98-99 the most. Now I am 103, and if I am not careful about what i snack, it can go up to 104. I want to weight at least 100. I exercise and keep myself active but the weight doesn't go down. I may try a second bottle just to see later a lost in weight. If it work for other, that is great, I understand not all products are for everyone. I must said, I have no side effects, and they are easy to swallow, And no need to take it 1/2 hour before eating like many others which I don't like that.

I've had this for about a week and so far it seems to be working. My bs numbers are lower after a meal by about 60 points.
