Es ist weniger eine Rezeptsammlung mit eigenen Ideen als ein gutes Lehrbuch um die verschiedenen Techniken und Arten anhand von Standardrezepten kennenzulernen. Die Dips in diesem Buch finde ich auch deutlich besser als die Varianten in vielen anderen Büchern. Also wenig neues oder innovatives, viel Abwechslung und von den Zutaten her das meiste leicht aufzutreiben.
