I had to play around with the amount of this powder to use so I didn't feel like I was drinking pea soup. From that, I know this is pea protein. Packaged in the USA. **Q: is this product gluten free? my wife is celiac and even the possibility of cross contamination is a major proble.** A: It clearly states on the bottle that it doesn't contain gluten or the other allergens, but it is manufactured in a facility that processes items that do contains those allergens.
