With 11g protein and zero carbs per pack, these keto-friendly, gluten-free, and vegetarian snacks deliver a rich truffle aroma and golden crunch, perfect for sophisticated snacking anytime, anywhere. ## Description This delicious snack has a long history. Originally known as 'Frico' and prepared in Northern Italy, it was devised as a way to use leftover cheese rinds. The rinds were grated and melted in a vigorously hot frying pan, then left too cool into a crispy little cheese snack sold at food markets. ## Features - CRUNCHY CHEESE SNACKS MADE FROM REAL CHEESE: 95.9% Italian hard cheese and 4% black truffle, nothing else. Mature Italian hard cheese is crumbled and baked until golden and seriously crunchy. These are cheese crisps, not cheese flavoured crisps. - HIGH PROTEIN, KETO AND LOW CARB: 11g protein and 0g carbs per 24g pack. Keto friendly, gluten free and lactose free, and suitable for vegetarians (made with vegetarian rennet). - MADE IN ITALY, BORN IN THE PUB: Made from whole wheels of Quattrocento cheese, using 400 litres of fresh milk per wheel from local Granarolo farmers, by Serious Pig, the British snack brand born in the pub. - TRUFFLE FLAVOUR: A big truffle hit on the nose, then a crunchy cheesy tang with a rich, earthy, silky truffle finish. Seriously good with beer, ale, cider and wine, or straight from the packet. - 12 x 24g PACKS: Individually wrapped, ideal for lunchboxes, desks, days out and sharing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, no fridge needed. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B08P568LLB | | Is Discontinued By Manufacturer | No | | Manufacturer | SERIOUS PIG LIMITED | | Manufacturer Reference | sample_sku_43212 | | Package Dimensions | 33.2 x 23.9 x 5.4 cm; 24 g | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SERIOUS PIG - **Flavour:** Truffle - **Item form:** Crisps - **Item weight:** 24 Grams - **Number of items:** 12 - **Package type:** Bag - **Package weight:** 0.48 Kilograms - **Size:** 24 g (Pack of 12) - **Type:** Crackling - **Unit count:** 288.0 gram ## Images ![Snacking Cheese Truffle - Crunchy Cheese Snacks with Real Black Truffle, 100% Natural Ingredients, High Protein, Keto, Gluten Free (12 x 24g) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81vw-Hun6GL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Flavor** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Hi if I ordered these now would the date be ok for Xmas?** A: I would order close to the time of eating. **Q: What size/weight is the packet? 60g?** A: Hi - in the variety pack, the weight of each packet is 24g - we do also sell multipacks of our 60g sharing bags too. **Q: Is the packaging recyclable?** A: Yes - I believe it is. **Q: Says vegetarian yet people are talking about pork??** A: Crunchy Snacking Cheese is vegetarian - it's 100% Italian cheese made with microbial rennet - it's baked at a high temperature into crunchy cheese bites.
