**Q: Is the wheels plastic or rubber?**
A: Plastic… but i must say very durable. Def worth buying

**Q: It does not steer right or left?**
A: No, it will not.

**Q: What is age for it?**
A: Better to ask which height, my kid 2.5 years old but quite tall and he still sits comfortable in it. He’s about 95cm tall … so i would say 2 to prob around 3-4 years , depending how they will grow
