It's a calcium salt bonded to vitamin C. The main ingredient is water. The list of ingredients starts out with the most to the least. At night or under makeup?** A: I use this under my makeup after their toner- it absorbs quickly once your skin gets used to it. I've been using for 8 years (since I was 23) and I have almost zero wrinkles- smells amazing.
