Getting down on my knees and trying to hold the hoof imposition while trimming their hooves was very difficult and because of their size there was no way I could hold their hooves and a standard grip by putting their leg between mine and holding with my knees it was too high for them and to uncomfortable for me so when I found this hoofjack it sounded like a good idea and the one miniature I've used it on so far has stood quietly and without fighting.
