I purchased this camera after reading the previous answer. I have it physically mounted to the ceiling and it can tilt as far as it needs to, but logitech support is telling me that there is no software for this camera, and the image cannot be vertically inverted. Since asking users to go into conferencing software to find an invert setting every time they want to use the camera is not an acceptable solution, and it is Not a feature of this camera, the answer is no, it cannot be mounted to the ceiling. I'm going to have to buy a shelf, because the mount provided is black and terribly ugly. **Q: can this camera follow a face** A: No. **Q: Does it come with its own remote?** A: Yes. It's nothing special but it works well and is easy to use. **Q: Does the Camera has ptz control via usb driver?** A: We use our camera with a Google Hangouts Chromebox for meetings and the PTZ is supported by the OS and hangouts on-screen menu. The answer is yes for Chrome OS.
