By accelerating warm-up and recovery times, it helps burn more calories and reduce muscle fatigue. Applied topically 15 minutes before workouts, TC1 targets specific areas to boost circulation and thermogenic activity, making it ideal for gym sessions, running, and sauna use. With over 2,900 positive reviews and a 4.4-star rating, TC1 is the cutting-edge pre-workout gel for professionals seeking a performance edge. ## Description TC1 Substantially improves circulation and sweating and greatly accelerates and enhances circulation and sweating during your workout. Activated by heat, TC1 with capsaicin works with your elevated heart rate, so the more vigorous the exercise the better it will work. TC1 Helps warm-up and recovery time. It encourages thermogenic capsaicin activity during exercise and helps fights muscle fatigue. TC1 Works while exercising, running, in the gym and in the sauna. It takes calories to make energy and it takes energy to sweat, more energy than most people realize and like all energy consuming processes "Sweating Helps Burn Calories." TC1 will cause an additional increase in circulation to areas applied, helping to promote a "great sweat. Apply 15 minutes Before Exercise; apply an ample amount of TC1 to the skin 15 minutes before beginning your workout. Make sure to coat all desired areas and rubbing into the skin. After exercise, and the normal "cool down" period, towel off product and shower using cold water and soap. Do not use other creams and lotions on the skin before applying TC1, as they can create a barrier on the skin that keeps TC1 from working properly. To avoid sweat stains on clothing, it is recommended to use a pre-wash stain remover before washing. The directions say not to useany creams, gels or lotion before use.** A: I don’t use nothing else but this and I wrap my workout belt after applying the tc1. **Q: Do you have to shower right after use?** A: You should wipe off the excess gel and sweat right after your exercise routine. If you do shower right after be sure to use a cool shower because the workout gel is heat activated and hot water will reactivate the heat sensation. When you shower is totally up to you but its probably a good idea. :-) Hope that helps! **Q: is there a time cap I should have this on for or can I go on a few mile hike ?** A: You can absolutely leave it on for your hike. The heat usually lasts a couple hours. You can also put a little on your legs to keep them loose and warm through the hike. Keep in mind it heat activated so direct sunlight will intensify the heat. A littl goes a long way for most people. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by M***N on 21 April 2026* I love this stuff with this and the band I feel like I am killing it at the gym and my waist is getting snatched also a little goes a long way so it lasts a while . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***. on 9 April 2026* It really works. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by S***4 on 25 April 2024* 1. Enough product to last you for awhile. You only need a little bit. 2. Smell is not bad at all 3. It does burn, but it really is tolerable. 4. Now will you sweat umm sweating is a understatement. (And i never really sweat, even when i do Crossfit) IJS Okay so i used it at least 3x with a lighter workout and I could feel a little something (This was with out the Saran wrap). I did this just to see how much i would sweat. Sweat was not alot. Then i did a workout with the saran wrap and i did sweat, but today people I put this on wrapped my waist in saran wrap and waist belt and went for a 30 min run. Now i forgot some of the reviews say you will be dripping sweat. i thought it was a joke. But no i took that saran wrap off and the amount of sweat that was dripping on the floor I was like yuck. And i felt that burn while i was running. Also what else is crazy I weighed myself before I left the house I was 155.4, and I weighed when i returned and I was 151.3. Now we know that was just water weight but hey it gave me a boost in my confidence to keep going and using this IJS. And yes I am a real person doing this review not paid. I will try to post a video so you can see. ## Frequently Bought Together - TC1 Sweat Ignition Workout Gel, Topical Thermogenic with Capsaicin, 6 oz Jar - TC1 Regular or Large Sweat Belt and Waist Trimmer, Premium Stomach Wrap For Men and Women, Increases Body Temp, Black - TC1 Sculpt, Premium Athletic Skin Tightening Topical Cream, 4 oz. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/257660673-tc1-advanced-topical-sweat-workout-enhancer-with-capsaicin-6-5](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/257660673-tc1-advanced-topical-sweat-workout-enhancer-with-capsaicin-6-5) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
