Product is great but deserves a better instruction manual. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great system *by B***M on 10 May 2020* I have city water where I live and was not interested in an RO system, so this filter sounded like a good match for me. It is functioning perfectly and provides “polished” water filtered through four separate filters which are long lasting (depending on how much water you use) and are very easy to change. Installation was a bit of a problem but that was due to the plumbing in the house and I don’t think that would be a problem in more modern homes. Recently the city flushed the water system and our tap water had a rusty appearance but the filter water remained sparkling crystal clear. This is a perfect way to filter water for coffee and drinking. As the manufacturer states this system is ONLY for a city water system and would not work for well water.
