I have the 5 oz bottles and the nipples they came with are "level 2" I need to know if I buy Medium if it is the same?** A: Medium flow is "level 3." "Level 2" is slow flow. I have no idea what level 1 is. Preemie, maybe?There should be an "S" on the nipples that came with the bottles.
