Having said that, I have not seen teeth move yet with close to 1 million guards sold. We have had about 5 customers send in fotos of their "shifting teeth", and in every case, it is apparent that the jaw repositioned itself in the correct place and not shifting teeth. This may be too much info, but when you wear any well adjusted oral appliance designed to relax muscles, the jaw muscles relax which allows the jaw to seat the where it is supposed to function. If the teeth don't line up when the jaw is in place, then the bite is off. LMK if you have clarifying questions. The material extends back behind the front top teeth a bit. **Q: Can this help prevent biting the inside of my mouth** A: It has stopped me from biting the inside of my mouth. I usually bite and grind all night. My dentist has made me expensive guards in the past and they don't work any better and they are not any more comfortable than these.
