The first time I used it, I was worried in case if it didn't work, so used masking tape at the opening edge to really really seal it. After a couple of days and getting used to it, I tried using it without the extra protective seal. It hasn't leaked and keeps my cast dry. It is worth the money.As one one of the reviewers shared, I too was not sure how my leg and cast would go through the opening-it seemed rather small and worried if I might tear it. No such issues.
