I air dry my hair every day & didn't like the fine limp hair I had . I sprayed this into my root area & then the lengths of hair . I couldn't find a combination so I pulled it through with my fingers , running my fingers from roots to ends as if applying hair oil. I have been massaging my scalp today and roughing the root area up with my fingers & it appears to get thicker the more I fiddle with it creating volume . My hair feels so soft . I wasn't expecting much at all . For me it's 5 stars all day .
