But they clog fast if your using fine carbon or such i suggest media bags. **Q: Filled with polyphosphate or siliphos would this be a fair size for a 2.5 bath townhouse?** A: I have the same filter housing filled with 500 grams of Siliphos balls. The change in water quality and hard water build-up was immediate. The filter provides full house treatment for a two bedroom 2 bath home for two adults.
