I brought it to work for lunch and my coworkers couldn’t stop asking what smelled so good, they all thought I got take out. Review: I eat a lot of Indian food. Usually I use the individual spices but decided to give this a try. Firstly it is incredibly salty. It surprised me and I hadn’t added any additional salt. It’s also very very spicy. On a scale of 1-10 I’d probably put it at a 7. I ended up adding a whole cup of cream total just to get it to a palatable point. It was also missing a certain flavor. I tweaked the recipe once I tasted it the way the box suggested and added the full cup of cream instead of the half, I added a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of Garam masala and a tablespoon of crushed fenugreek leaves. Once I tweaked it we were able to eat it for dinner.
