CangshanH Series 1026160 German Steel Forged 10-Piece Knife Block Set

Was skeptical about quality but they are balanced and sharp. Great deal during amazon prime days

I got a set of their steak knives a couple years ago. The wife wanted a good set of kitchen knives. I like my steak knives so i figured I would give these a try. VERY sharp on delivery. My wife is actually scared of them. I would definitely recommend these for someone that wants nice but not crazy expensive kitchen knives. I would buy them again although, I can't imagine why I would need to.

Had to part with my Cutco knives. These were significantly sharper (maybe because my Cutco knives are old, but I do sharpen them) and heavier (but I wanted metal at the handle side). Got the slightly less hard steel than say the Damascus steel because I wanted stainless, no rust and I can put them in the dishwasher. For probably 1/4 the price of Cutco. Love the angled sharpener as well. Glad I bought them.
