Speaking to others who have. It's much easier to take it in a pill form. I've heard the liquid is hard to swallow. It's not supposed to taste good either. The results are the same. **Q: What is it for** A: I have read a lot of medical studies that use black seed oil compared to prednisone ( prescription steroids) in cases of asthma. A lot of the studies I’ve seen are in places like Saudi Arabia where instances of asthma death are high (due to the often dry dusty climate). In one study over %90 of patients replaced their prednisone with black seed and about the same continued use after the study regularly. I haven’t tried this brand yet (like another commenter I used a cheaper brand that worked but I think could have been better) but I have seen results. I have horrendous asthma since I was 2 years old. I’ve almost died 2x, been hospitalized multiple times and just struggle To control it on a daily basis. This really does work and I’ll also note I took this before the start and during the pandemic and did not get sick once! Working in a warehouse with 100s of ppl. I stopped for the last few months and boom flu A, which has had me on prednisone and breathing treatments with little relief 3 weeks after. I’m excited to try this brand! I take the oil - 1 tsp has 45 calories. It is 100% black cumin seed oil. However the capsules that are supposed to be delivering the same product in terms potency have only 10 calories a dosage. Oil is oil - fat, and it has calories, so how does a daily dosage of the oil (2 tsp) have 90 cal and what is supposed to be the same daily dosage of 2 capsules have only 10?
