The CreamBlend stick is a cream makeup and the Starblend is a pressed powder, which can be used wet, however once you use it wet you cannot then go back to using it dry. **Q: How does this paint work with watery eyes and sweat?** A: I used this for playing Santa on stage for a local theater. After applying the makeup, I used a sealing spray.
