A: The Calypso Sauce is (as I remember it) more mustard flavored, while the Hot Pepper has fewer foreign flavors, retaining a balanced peppery taste and hot - some say too hot - but not so hot that it loses all flavor.

**Q: what are the ingredients ?**
A: Matouk's Hot Pepper Sauce. Ingredients Aged Pickled Scotch Bonnet Peppers (Peppers, Vinegar, Salt), Water, Prepared Mustard (Vinegar, Mustard, Salt, Spices), Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Onion Powder, Potassium Sorbate (as a Preservative), Soybean Oil, Xanthan Gum and Colour (FD&C Yellow 5).
