We had purchased Sewing School (book 1) and she absolutely loved the projects that it included and wanted more to do that were more specific to the sewing machine (the first book also has hand sewn projects). This book is phenomenal when it comes to explaining the steps involved in a project and clearly articulates what needs to be done in each step. In the back of the book you will find pattern pieces which makes theses projects possible.
