I went to my dermatologist last year as a 30 year old with constant breakouts. She put me on a protocol consisting of cutting out every other cleanser, serum, or lotion. I cut out cow dairy and cacao (chocolate), and started cleansing my face with just a baby wash cloth and water and using this serum. Also it's important to note I have sensitive skin, so my derm said other products will be too harsh or too much for my skin. This serum is GREAT for sensitive skin. It has shrunk my pores, even my texture and color out and helped with my breakouts. I know now personally my breakouts are more connected to my hormones and my food, but I just love the results of my skin using this serum.
