It just depends what size your axle is. I use these on roller skates. Most newer skates are 8mm, but mine are older, and I still have to buy the 7mm bearings. Skateboards......I'm not as familiar with, but if you just measure the axle you can buy the appropriate size. I would use a digital caliper to measure them, but if you don't have one, you could always just grab a 7mm and 8mm wrench and whichever slides over the axle (with no gap) is the size you need. **Q: Do these fit 7mm or 8mm axles?** A: 608's are 8mm.627's are 7mm.These bearings are the best that you can buy for the money. All the moderate competition folks at the rink use them. I have them in my skates, and so does my son. **Q: I have Bones Elite 62mm, 101A wheels on my skates. They are both fast and very reliable I have gotten to break neck speeds going doing hill and have never had an issue with Reds unlike other brands. With other bearings at the same speeds I have had them explode and my wheels go flying off causing some pretty bad injuries.
