A: You can pair it with the Louvolite Hub using the Neo Smart Blinds App
Hub is a separate device needed for that functionality.

**Q: How do you pair this with blind**
A: Hello,

You pair it by pressing the button on the motor until it jogs, and then pressing the C (Confirm) button on the back of the remote (it should jog again to confirm the pairing). There is normally a printed manual delivered with the remote and also a QR code on the back of the box for the full manual in PDF as well.

**Q: I have one of these remotes & have just ordered a second. Do I have to pair it as I did the first?**
A: Yes, new remotes need to be paired with the blinds using the sequence below.

1. Hold down the SETTING button on the motor until it jogs 2
times and then release the button.
2. Press the CONFIRM (C) button within 10 seconds. The motor will
jog 2 times and the remote is now paired with the motor
