## Description

K-Seal 's advanced formula uses ceramic microfibers with copper particles of varying sizes to ensure fast and permanent sealing of holes or cracks in the cooling system, up to 0.75 mm. The special chemical formula can flow into cracks so fine that they cannot even be seen with the naked eye for a super strong seal. The crack or hole is filled from top to bottom with the K-Seal formula resulting in complete "welding" and permanent repair. The copper in the K-Seal formula not only carries the strength of the repair, but it also helps guide heat into the crack or hole. This eliminates hot spots that are normally formed by a non-metallic repair. K-Seal can be left in the cooling system and it will continue to repair the leaks by causing them. You won't even notice that there was a problem. In fact, K-Seal should be used when rebuilding engines. Often there may be cracks that go unnoticed after the repair is complete. By putting K-Seal into the cooling system immediately after a repair and also after each replacement of the coolant, this ensures that all leaks are sealed and thus prevents expensive exchanges and is less time consuming. K-Seal is specially designed to permanently seal cracks in the engine block and engine head. This unique product can be mixed with all types of glycol coolant and antifreeze. K-Seal can also be used to seal holes and cracks, namely: in the cylinder head gasket, radiator heater, antifreeze seal, water pump, housing on the cooling system and other metal parts and also in petrol and diesel engines. - There must be a leak in the environment to work properly.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: will this work for leakey gaskets?**
A: It is designed to work on leaky gaskets.  If you have a small leak this product might be an easy and cheap fix.  It did not work for me.  Perhaps my leak was too large.  It is hard to tell.

**Q: Does it discolor the antifreeze? Thanks**
A: Unfortunately I can't say.  I have a GM vehicle that uses the orangish color engine coolant and it and this product are so close in color it's hard to say if it would discolor the usual green-colored coolant found in non-GM vehicles.  The other challenge is that I can only look at the coolant through an overflow reservoir and it's so dark when I look inside (I have to use an LED flashlight to see it adequately) that it would be hard to tell if there was any discoloration.

**Q: Can you use this in a 2013 escape?**
A: You can use it anywhere.  It's kept my 1998 Chevy Lumina going over 2 years with almost 178,000 miles on it!

**Q: can you mix this with barstop if you all ready put that in the radiator?**
A: I did mix this with Irontite All Weather Seal. Did the K-seal first. Irontite a week later. Just to be sure. Since they both said it can remain in the system. Two weeks, still good.
