Before I send it back is this how it always is?** A: I also struggled getting the side rails in the first time. I then realized that there is a pull "tab" next to the hole that the rails enter through. Using one hand pull on this "tab" and with the other hand tuck the end of the side rail in the hole. Once I figured this out it became pretty easy. **Q: What is the warranty on this cot?** A: Hello! We offer an industry leading lifetime warranty on all our gear as we believe that much in the high quality and craftsmanship of our products. We believe in satisfied customers for life. In the meantime, enjoy The Journey Forward! **Q: Are there any instructions or recommendations to getting the cot back in the bag?** A: Fold all the legs down and alternate the feet so all the feet aren't on one side. Then fold the cot in half (head to feet). I forgot the rest, but fold one or two more times so that it's the length of the bag. Put all the legs on then roll it up. Should fit in the bag. **Q: Is there a simple way to insert the side rails?** A: Yes! Assemble both rails to have them ready, then grab one of them and start inserting it from the open end, then move the actual cloth in the opposite direction progresively, in small increments, while holding the rods stationary through the cloth. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable for an overnight trip *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 9 May 2023* The bed is quite comfortable and packs away to a reasonably small size, which is a must for me, as I use it on motorbike trips.
