The blue one tastes like chemicals (red flag). This one tastes very natural. Like pine and orange peel with the “tummy burn” of a nice vodka. It’s very versatile and pairs very well with pasta, salad, or steak. You really can’t go wrong with this. And at $6/bottle it’s MUCH cheaper than wine. If I overdo it it gives me a headache though, and sometimes my vision goes black but it usually comes back within a day or so. **Q: How concentrated is this? Do you have to add water as mixture?** A: HI, For this product, there is no mixing. It's ready to use right out of the bottle. It is a very good product for summer use.
