Seller made a partial refund since I installed the good one. Ordered another set and returned the bad one and the other good one. Not sure if I got another partial refund or a full refund.These are the only bull rings I could find with the springs to create tension when they are recessed to prevent them from rattling. You have to take your time, follow instructions, and when screwing the bolts in make sure to not over tighten them. Plus screw some of each bolt in before tightening down to align it.
