Important to note that deflation during the night is generally caused by elasticity of the fabric and change of air temperature: air expands when warm; air contracts when cool. If you have issues, you can place an eggshell foam matt (like a yoga matt) underneath this inflatable mattress and it will solve the problem. If that fails, light a campfire next to your bed and keep it going throughout the night. Overall, it rarely deflates unless under above specified conditions and it can be controlled under above stated conditions. This is by far the most if not only important factor with an inflatable mattress and this one holds up pretty well.
