A: Closed, the luggage rack is 24" tall.  The depth is 3.5"

A: Steps? It’s very white. Painted wood with white fabric straps.

**Q: What is the open height?**

**Q: Can you send it to italy?**

Well made. Great finish. Just a bit expensive for me but it is a nice touch for our remodeled guest room. It also fits nicely in the closet awaiting that special guest.

I use this rack in a small guest bathroom that has no counter space. I put a clear plastic tray on top so that guests have a place to set their toiletries. The all white color and small size are perfect!
