A: We are an authorized dealer for this item.  We have contributed the size guidelines provided  by Danmar and we have asked Amazon to include the same in the listing.  

Medium neck circumference is 14 inches  and shoulder to the bottom of ear is 2 inches  allowing 1/2 inch between earlobe and top or head support. If you have questions or concerns re sizing check the manufacturers website or with your clinician prior to ordering.
