Sound is Ok - not great. Do NOT expect Apple quality. Controls are frustrating and confusing but if you stick with it, you'll figure it out. It did erase a 64gig card and I'm not sure how (did I mention that it was confusing?). I bought this because it's the only device in the price range that supports bluetooth. I was able to connect up to my bluetooth earphones after fiddling with the controls (did I mention that it was confusing?). I plan on using this while I'm on my motorcycle so I'm not exactly going to judge the sound quality in that environment. It's loud enough certainly and does what I need it to do. If this sounds like a lot of complaining, for the price, the bottom line so far is: it's worth it for the price. If anything goes wrong in the next couple of months, I'll update this. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Better directions would make a better product *by T***1 on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2016* No real instructions, trying to figure out some of the functions can be difficult. USB function worked well for me and then, out of the blue is stopped. Now it will just charge through the usb and not link up.
