**Q: I purchased the blink mini compact indoor plug-in cam. how can i continue using it without purchasing a cloud subscription plan?**
A: My USB drive from Blink was working great. Then on December 21st is just stopped working and states it is now incompatible with my Module 2 and I need to purchase a plan to continue getting videos.  I am very unhappy.   This is a very unethical way to get people to buy their camera's.  They give you options, but take the one away to try to force you to buy a plan.

**Q: Any flash drive will work? It’s not proprietary is it?**
A: You are able to use a USB flash drive up to 256GB with the sync module 2, flash drive can be 2.0 or 3.0 (hard drives, SD cards, etc. will not be compatible).

**Q: will i have more storage space in the cloud since this would hold its own storage and leave more room in the cloud for the other cameras?**
A: You are able to use both forms of storage. The Blink cloud storage subscription provides 60-day unlimited cloud storage. Local Storage with the Sync Module 2 is only compatible with Blink Outdoor, Indoor (gen 2), and Mini cameras.  You are able to use a USB flash drive up to 256GB with the sync module 2.

**Q: Can you hear live audio?**
A: The Blink cameras record audio as well as video on the motion clips, you are also able to access the two-way audio on the Blink cameras within the Live View mode of the camera within the APP on your mobile device.

the other usb stopped working, it was not blink, seems that the module will make the usb stop working after a while
