The high heat setting is really warm, which I was hoping for. I have a heating pad that barely gets above what I consider warm. The massage is good also. Attaching the strap and fitting it took less than a minute.The one thing I want to mention, that's not mentioned in the description but should be (as it's a big selling point) is that this not only comes with an A/C adapter but also a USB power cord. This is major because I wondered how useful this would be if I was tethered by a short power cord. But with USB power and a USB battery pack, I'm not tethered at all. It works well. That was a very nice surprise.Also not mentioned, but another good selling point, the two massage elements are free floating and fully adjustable, so they can be moved up and down, side to side freely, making it easy to place them exactly where you want the massage directed. ### ⭐ Smells Bad *by A***7 on June 12, 2022* I got this because it has a USB power cord & the USB battery pack so I'm not tied to a cord. Yes it smells, 72 hours later it still smells the same, so I haven't been able to use it yet even though I charged it. I had a full shoulder repllacement and needed this. I'm sending back because I don't want to breath in the toxic smell. Ever the inside of the box smells bad. Must have been made in China. Disapointed.Update: I put this outside on the porch raling for a day still stunk so I sprayed both sides with Febreze Fabric spray and left it outside for another day. Stink is gone and smell nice with the Febreze. Canceled the return. For some reason the USB charge didn't take does not say how long it will take to charge . Cord is long enought to use in my chair but would be nice if the USB charged it so I can get up without having to unplug it.. Also like you can shut this off when you want unlike other ones with the Auto Shut Off.
