A: Not sure but mine didn’t last that long before the head separated from the handle would recommend a different brand

**Q: Is it good for putting paint can lids back on?**
A: Yes, it would work well for that. It is a hard rubber but wouldn't destroy the lid like a steel hammer would.

**Q: Is this good for hammering outside in soil?**
A: I have not used it to hammer in soil. It is a very nice quality rubber hammer.

A: It says eco-firendly head, so rubber probably comes from a sustainable rubber tree, instead of other, similar man-made material.
