However it says on the box: Coffee flavored with notes of rum, vanilla, and caramel. The flavoring is very light. That is a far cry from the richly flavored Kahlua I am accustomed to. **Q: is it gluten free?** A: I think it is just coffee. No wheat. **Q: How much caffeine dose a little pod contain ?** A: It’s hard to tell how much caffeine a pod has because that depend on your cup sizes 6,8,10 or 12oz size… the larger the size the less caffeine!
