This has rived steel blades, one curved pointing end to slice my grapefruit next to the rine, and the other end a two bladed thing to slice each triangle, it works very well and allows me to dig into the grapefruit much sooner than if I was slicing one triangle edge at a time. I also use it on Kiwi (curved blade only). It slices it such that my spoon is able to dig out the largest amount of kiwi at one time to plop in my mouth. I would recommend this one very much.
