## Questions & Answers

**Q: What’s the difference between the steel belt clip and the steel belt loop?**
A: I have the steel belt clip that slips over the belt. I read a complaint that they had trouble with it falling off. Mine has stayed firmly on.
Just a guess, but I would say a loop is for passing your belt through.

**Q: I see there is a screw on this. Does this mean it can be opened up to replace cord? Has anyone done that?**
A: It does have a screw but mine is still working and I do not want to open it to see if you can replace the cord and I would not have a clue where to get the replacement.
I would just order another one. Sorry

**Q: Will this ship to an apo address? postage should cost the same as in the states.**
A: That's a question for Amazon or the seller.

**Q: Does the chain ever kink ?**
A: I have it for 6-9 months and it has not kinked so far. It pulls out and retracts smoothly.
