**Q: Can i use the d250se to charge a 24ah lifepo4 battery?**
A: Our D250SE is designed for all types of 12V lead-acid batteries (WET, EFB, Ca/Ca, MF, AGM and GEL) and 12V (4cells) Lithium-ion batteries (Li-FePO4, Li-Fe, Li-iron, LFP) between 40-300Ah.

**Q: Is the housing weather proof? Can I mount this under the hood or do I need to wire it into the cabin?**
A: The D250SE is IP65 rated (splash and dustproof).  It is not waterproof and must be protected from the elements.  The D250SE should be mounted with in 6 feet of your service batter/battery bank. This charger requires both a starter battery and service battery.
