Gillette recently renamed some of their products which has caused some un needed confusion ( of course how could it be helpful?) But some of these big companies just can't leave things alone. So basically - they added a "5" to fusion to in their minds better show the Fusions had 5 blades. Fusions consist of Fusion, Proglide or Proshield, they all fit the same razor too. The blades are the exact same thing whether you see a 5 in the title or not.
