There are a few ways to get around this, though. First, lower all the graphics settings to low or minimum. Second, play on the lower resolution. Third, if you are playing on Steam, always play in the pop-up window as opposed to full screen. These will prevent the game from freezing on you. Still, I'd recommend setting the game to autosave as frequently as possible, just in case. But, of course, once you get around that, this is one of the best games I have played. Unlike the the PC games of yesterdayif you didnt like it sell it for what ever, now days 2K and otheres use out side Companys to register their games. One company known as Steampowered located in the Norhwest owned by Valve corpoation is the one 2K uses.They dont care of your granma brought this game and didnt like it or your friend sold it to you, you are just out of luck playing it on your computer.All games nowdays come with a Key Code most of us have had to install programs Windows and millions of others. The only way to register 2K games is to join Steampowered.com and if have a new game you bought you might get it registered.I brought CIV 5 and my son brought CV 5 gods and kings for my Granson after he survived cancer. we got the CV 5 oked after spending a hour online we still havent got CV 5 gods and kings, we have sent the email respones in witch are form letters from the so called support unit to main head offices in ARK were we bought the last game per instructions from them.
