Misleading advertisement
They promote this as not only Plumping your lips but plumping the lines above your lips; the advertisement even shows a picture surrounding your lips that makes you think this product is for both areas. It is not! When you get it it's for your actual lips only. I'm not sure what is considered false advertising, but the promotion on City Lips is very misleading.

Overpriced!
Product does not plump lips as claimed. If you apply a competitor's lip plumper (think Ulta for $8) or any lip balm 3 times a day as City lips recommends, your results will be the same. Well moisturized lips look and feel better, but this product doesn't perform any better than a $2 drugstore product.

I have been looking for a plumper for years. I ordered this product as a last resort. I have ordered twice to give it some time to work. It does not do as advertised. It works great as a gloss but it does not last long so I found myself reapplying several times a day. It is way too expensive for a gloss.

Absolutely useless - it's just a lip gloss
Does not plump lips at all - if anything it is an average lip gloss. Don't be fooled by the hype, there is zero plumping from this product.

This does nothing to plump the lips. It is little more than a glorified chapstick.

SCAM ALERT
This is a scam this product does not work....you don't even feel any tingling. But hey I fell for it 40 bucks down the drain for some lipgloss that is a little thicker than most thats it you cant even use lipstick after cuz it bleeds color making your lips appear even worse. It wont let me give no stars but I would if I could.
