So, no loose swab heads!The swab heads are made from 'open-cell' foam so unlike cotton swabs, no fibers are left when cleaning ... especially important when cleaning electronics.The swab's 'open-cell' foam absorbs lot of liquid which is especially useful when cleaning and oiling.CONS:They are pricey compared to large cotton swabs/applicatiors.These swabs are packaged in sealed plastic bags.
