Each weekly strip is numbered 1 to 4 so you don't get the weeks mixed up. They're see-through enough so you can easily tell which compartment is full or empty, and each daily compartment is a good size. They can easily hold numerous pills and are big enough for those larger, dispersible supplements. I feel so much more organised and in control of being able to see how many meds I have left and when I need to re-order.
